Mole Nationals appoints Rayanu as Assistant Coach for new Season

Damongo based Division Two side, Mole Nationals Football Club has made one of the clubs senior players, Yusif Ewuntomah Rayanu, as an Assistant Coach for the upcoming 2023-2024 season.

The decision was communicated to the playing body by management of the club.Yusif Ewuntomah Rayanu would assist Akwesi Soale Appiah as the club official coaches for the season.

With this appointment, Rayanu will simultaneously hold both playing and coaching duties. He gets to do the jobs of helping Akwesi Soale in picking the team, training alongside his teammates, playing and coaching during matches.

He recently acquired the FIFA/GFA LICENSE D COACHING certificate. His experience of playing through the ranks from Division 2 to the first division as the then captain of  Wa African United and back to Mole Nationals, coupled with being a best player and Goalking winner in his University days for Winneba would afford him better understanding of the game.

He will share ideas with Akwesi Soale Appiah, who is believed to have seen it all in the Ghana Premier League during his stint with Real Tamale United in more than a decade.

It is important to note that Rayanu has also been registered officially as a player of Mole Nationals Football Club in the upcoming season.

Mole Nationals Football Club will be hoping to make amends this season with the MTN FA Cup tournament in Ghana after they went toe to toe with many teams in the Northern region for a division 1 slot.
